On the Menu: Dishing on our New Bites

Shareable, snackable, and available now; our new Dinner by the Bite menu is revamped and jam-packed with flavor. Our approach to our bites is similar to that of our Signature Cocktails—Elevated classics with equal parts imagination and sophistication. 

If you've never had a Falafel Waffle, you're in for a treat. A savory take on a breakfast favorite served with beet hummus, feta & a pepperoncini relish. It's as fun to eat as it is to say. 

Blossoms? For Spring? Groundbreaking. Enjoy Crisp Squash Blossoms made with smoked mozzarella, broccoli rabe & a balsamic infusion.

Hopping on the cauliflower bandwagon, we'd added a new, gluten-free pizzetta to the mix. Artichoke, lemon, & asiago cheese top the Tri Color Cauliflower Pizzetta. A great vegetarian option, too. 

Last, but certainly not least, our dessert bites also got a makeover. Sticking with the Warm Cookie Skillets theme, we've updated our flavors to include the following: Milk & chocolate chip cookies served with a fior de latte gelato, & chocolate bourbon sauce, coconut macadamia nut cookies served with a key lime gelato & coconut salted caramel, and peanut butter & chocolate brownies served with a banana gelato, & maple bacon brittle.
