On the Menu: New Bites for a New Season

Guests come to The Skylark for the view, stay for the cocktails, but return for the bites. Our Dinner by the Bite menu is stacked with small dishes with big flavor. We've recently rolled out a selection of menu additions, while keeping a few favorites in the rotation. Items making their Skylark debut include: Mini Fried Chicken Sandwiches, BLT Pretzel Griddle-wiches, Truffled Smoked Brisket Empanadas, Lobster Quesadillas, Pan-seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Buffalo Chicken Poutine, and Artisan Vegetable Sushi as our vegetarian option. And don't forget to end on a sweet note with your choice of Warm Cookie Skillets for dessert. There's nothing ordinary about this finger food, all elevated takes on a classic.
