IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: YAYOI KUSAMA RETURNS TO NYC

You may not have heard of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, but you’ve definitely seen her work all over Instagram. Globally recognized for her polka dots and pumpkins, Kusama has returned to NYC with a new exhibit titled, “Every Day I Pray For Love” featuring the infinity mirrored room installation, “Dancing Lights That Flew Up To The Universe.”
Kusuma has designed more than a dozen rooms that live at the David Zwirner gallery located at W. 20th St, a quick subway trip from The Skylark on the 1, C or E lines. Swing by for a drink and then head over to explore the creative mind of Kusama. We promise you won’t be disappointed.
