ON THE MENU: FALL BITES AT THE SKYLARK

You’ve come to know our Dinner by the Bite menu as an elevated take on cocktail lounge bites and our Fall additions are no exception.
We’ve added a few seasonally-inspired snacks—such as Brussel Sprouts & Pepperoncini served with parmesan artichoke dip and Harvest Duck Wontons served with a pomegranate cranberry aioli—but there are a few unexpected dishes that bring our elevated menu over the top.
We recommend trying the Scallop & Pork Belly Skewers made with a red grape gastrique & prickled mustard seeds. Or the Grilled Octopus Bites, served on a Spanish chorizo tortilla and seasoned with smoked paprika. Not in the mood for something from the sea? Order the Beef Tacos Verde made with watermelon radish & cotija cheese and served on a griddled tortilla. Or opt for the Pastrami Reuben Sliders, topped with kimchi slaw, gruyere & russian-dijonnaise, for an updated take on a classic.
Our core menu of Skylark favorites are also still available so you really can’t go wrong with whichever bite you choose.
